What is an AI project in a company?
An AI project involves using artificial intelligence to save time, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve customer service.
For example, an AI can automatically answer your customers' frequently asked questions, prepare a summary of your emails, or create a support ticket from a received request.
GVISION supports you from the initial idea to deployment: needs analysis, prototype creation, integration with your tools (ERP, CRM, etc.) and solution security.
Four ways to deploy AI in your business
Each domain meets a different need. Select the one that matches your project to learn more.
Microsoft Copilot
Deploy Microsoft 365 AI assistant in Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook to accelerate your teams' drafting, analysis and decision-making.
MCP & AI Agents
Connect autonomous AI agents to your tools and databases via the Model Context Protocol, to securely automate complex tasks.

Chatbots & Callbots
Automate your customer relations by writing or by phone: instant responses, request qualification and 24-hour availability.

Automation n8n

Frequently asked questions
All you need to know about AI in business
GVISION peut accompagner quels types de projets d'IA?
GVISION supports four main types of projects: the deployment of Microsoft Copilot, the implementation of AI agents connected via the MCP protocol, the creation of chatbots and callbots for customer relations, and the automation of business processes with n8n. Each project begins with an audit of the actual needs.
What is Microsoft Copilot and how can I integrate it into my business?
Microsoft Copilot is an AI assistant integrated into Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) that helps your teams draft, analyse, and summarise more quickly. Its integration requires licence preparation, data readiness, and user training, all of which GVISION handles from start to finish.
What is the MCP (Model Context Protocol) and why is it important?
The MCP is an open standard that allows an AI agent to securely connect to your company's tools and data, without the need for bespoke development for each integration. It is increasingly being considered the reference infrastructure for connecting AI to business systems.
The main difference between a chatbot and a callbot lies in their communication channels and functionalities. A **chatbot** is primarily a text-based conversational agent. It interacts with users through written messages, typically found on websites, messaging apps (like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger), or within applications. Chatbots primarily handle queries, provide information, guide users through processes, and can perform simple tasks like booking appointments or answering FAQs. A **callbot**, also known as a voicebot or conversational IVR, is an AI-powered system designed to interact with users through voice. It's used in phone-based customer service scenarios. Callbots can understand spoken language, process requests, and respond verbally. They often handle tasks such as verifying caller identity, answering common questions, routing calls to the appropriate department, and even assisting with transactions over the phone. In essence: * **Chatbot:** Text-based, primarily online. * **Callbot:** Voice-based, primarily over the phone.
A chatbot responds in writing on your website, an app or via messaging. A callbot does the same over the phone, using a synthetic voice that can understand and respond in natural language. Both can be connected to your internal systems for personalised responses.
What is n8n and what is workflow automation used for?
n8n is an automation platform that connects your applications (CRM, ERP, messaging, AI) to execute repetitive tasks without human intervention: data synchronisation, notifications, document generation, or triggering AI actions according to defined rules.
Is my company affected by the European AI Act?
The European AI Act is being progressively applied to any organisation developing or using AI systems in the EU. The majority of its rules, including those on high-risk systems and transparency, will come into effect on 2 August 2026. GVISION incorporates these requirements from the design stage of your projects.
How long does it take to deploy a first AI project?
A well-targeted initial use case (Copilot, chatbot, or simple automation) can be a proof of concept within a few weeks. Projects involving AI agents connected to multiple systems generally take several months, depending on the complexity of the integrations.
How does GVISION ensure the security and compliance of AI projects?
Each AI project is designed with strict access management, data hosting in Belgium/EU where relevant, and anticipatory compliance with GDPR and the AI Act. GVISION applies the same security standards as for its cybersecurity and NIS2 compliance missions.
